Lenovo asked Net Communities to deliver a campaign that helped it engage with a young, trendy audience – the kind that it had traditionally struggled to reach with its “For those who do” brand imaging.
Creatively re-imagining Lenovo’s messaging as “For those who inspire,” Net Communities’ award-winning design and development team created the Lenovo Inspire Me campaign. Centred around a standalone premium site that hosted bespoke video content, custom written articles and a competition. Lenovo Inspire Me featured a range of visionaries from the worlds of design, music, photography and technology to help our client catch the attention of a new demographic.
Thanks to Net Communities’ revitalised brand messaging, the Lenovo Inspire Me competition was a huge success, with countless entrants vying for the chance to win an all expenses paid holiday, Lenovo Yoga laptop, and £1,500 in spending money. In the end, the lucky winner chose trendy Portland, Oregon for their once-in-a-lifetime trip – proof that the campaign had succeeded in reaching Lenovo’s ideal audience.
